The EZ-1500 is a bench style winding machine, medium sized to beeasily placed in a factory or workshop, equipped with head andbench in galvanised steel and covered in stainless steel, fixationplate, tailstock with security closure, guider system protection andpedal.

The machine is governed by numeric control and CNC electronicprogramming.
This machine is specially designed for the manufacture of solenoidsand power and distribution transformers from 10 to 1.200 KVA,using aluminium or copper wires, including rectangular or flat wireswith a special guider.

The wide range of velocities, up to 250 r.p.m, permits primary andsecondary windings on the same machine, thus reducing the production processes.

The concept and design facilitates the placement of necessary accessories such as end-fillers or insulation paper infoil, of various levels.
