Central to our range is the KT2000 high speed fully automatic toroidal core winding machine.
Which comes complete with the PDC600 powered strip de-coiler. Offering high speed operation of up to 140 cores per hour. Low operating cost, maintenance and tooling. Requiring only semiskilled labour to operate.
Once the transformer cores are produced they will need to be stress relieved.
For this purpose we have designed the HEF045 and HEF063 Annealing Furnace.
A floor mounted continuous mesh-belt electric conveyor furnace for stress relieving silicon iron transformer cores in an air temperature at an optimum temperature of 800°C.
